For the past month my "CHANGE OIL SOON" light in my car has been incessantly blinking, and driving me mad. I was relieved when it was finally time to change my oil, therefore resetting the light reminder. But to my dismay, when I started my car after changing the oil, the stupid light was still blinking! I know that the sensible thing to do would be to read the owners manual and figure out how to shut it off...but there is a little problem with me doing that: my owner's manual is written in french. Which is my second language, not my first. Meaning it is very hard to read. But last night, I sat down with it, and I think that I figured out how to shut the light off! How is that for all those years of French in school paying off?? I was rather impressed with my ability to muddle my way through it. Woot to me! *although I should wait and see if it actually works before I start patting myself on the back. Stay tuned to see if it actually worked or not.
