I went and bought the Suit half of Nelly's two new releases. I am in love. How did I not own all his other CD's? There is one track on the end about his kids, and me, The Emotionally Unstable One was tearing up on the way home listening to it. AT A NELLY SONG!!! What is wrong with me? I am dying for Sweat which is the other one....but I decided that Christmas presents for other people had to come first. Boo to that. ____________ This might possibly be the funniest ad I have ever seen before!! I am so the baby lady...too funny....BABIES.... _____________ Ok. Last night I had a really odd dream. But is wasn't necessarily the dream itself, but what was happening to the people in it, they kept morphing into other people, without me noticing until I woke up. First, I was walking from the bar to get pizza with a friend from junior high, who I was calling Kelly (but upon waking up I realized that her name was actually Leanne), and to make it even more confusing, I half thought that she was E's cousin. Anyways, so there were were walking to get pizza, but for some reason we were walking farther away from the pizza place. Then this pack of boys was walking behind us, and they were mean, and I remember thinking that we should try and get away from them. Kelly/Leanne/E's Cousin turned to me (and she was now D, telling me to pretend that I was his girlfriend). So somehow he got all these mean guys to bugger off, but he was really upset. We came upon some friends, asking what was going on, and he was telling them, and was almost crying. I was trying to comfort him thinking whoa...he is really upset. And then I woke up. I am a firm believer that people shouldn't share their dreams with other people, based solely on the premise that they just don't make any sense to anyone, including the dreamer. But why do people morph like that? Without you even noticing it at the time...very weird. __________________ Friday Five (For those who are wondering I get these questions every week from here) 1) was there a holiday meal, a special event meal, or even a weekly/monthly meal that you recall from childhood? I think it would have to be my birthday meal. I was always allowed to pick what I wanted, and I always wanted the same thing: my mother's sweet and sour meatballs and rice. Mmmm...many people have tried to recreate them with no success...maybe someday. 2) who would gather with you for this meal? When I was younger it would just be me and my parents, and when I got older, I might have a friend over or something, but usually it was just family. 3) how about these days? As I get older, birthday's are becoming more and more about food. Now I don't have my meatballs, but usually my aunt cooks a great meal for me that is just as good! 4) who dines with you this time? My dad, aunt, uncle and three cousins.... 5) if you could create a gathering, why would people gather, who would you invite, and what would you eat? If I could create a gathering, people would be gathering just to catch up and spend some time alone. It would be open to all my friends, and they all have to come no matter how far away they are. Each person would bring their favorite meal and we would just sit and eat and enjoy each others company.
